Printed Rolls
The film on a reel, for your own form-fill-seal line.

This is the film before it becomes a bag. If you already own a form-fill-seal machine, buying reel stock rather than made bags is substantially cheaper per pack — and completely pointless if you do not, because there is nothing you can do with a reel of film by hand.
The build. PET/MET-PET/PE at 100 micron, gloss, printed up to eight colours, high barrier. Supplied on a core in 300, 400 and 600 mm reel widths, wound to the direction your machine needs.
Eye marks. Every reel is printed with registration eye marks so your machine's photocell knows where each pack begins and cuts in the right place. Without them a printed reel drifts and every pack comes off the line with the artwork creeping further out of position. Tell us your machine's mark specification — position, size and colour — at order stage.
What we need to know. Reel width, core diameter, wind direction, repeat length and the eye mark spec. Five numbers, and every one of them comes off your machine rather than out of a catalogue. If you do not have them to hand, your machine's manual or its supplier will. We would rather ask five questions than print a reel your line cannot run.
Economics. Reel stock removes the bag-making step, so the saving per pack is real and grows with volume. It transfers the forming operation to you, which means your line speed, your changeover time and your wastage become part of the cost. For a producer running one SKU at high volume the maths is straightforward. For a producer running six SKUs in short runs, made bags usually still win once changeovers are counted.
Ordering. Lead time 22 working days; the minimum is set per reel and is listed on the product page. Suits snacks, spices, sachets, biscuits and detergent powder. Food grade as standard.
