Help & policies
Shipping policy
We ship across serviceable locations in India. A food order is a small, predictable parcel; a packaging order can be several cartons that are light but bulky. Delivery is therefore calculated from the actual consignment and destination rather than hidden inside one flat rate.

Delivery areas
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through third-party courier and freight partners. Remote-area service, oversized consignments and export enquiries may need a manual quotation. For an export or special-route request, contact info@swadaurapackaging.com before ordering.
Policy section
Processing time
Food is packed to order in small batches and normally leaves within two to three working days — it is sealed close to dispatch on purpose rather than sitting packed in a store room. Ready-stock packaging is dispatched within the time shown on the product page. Custom packaging enters the production queue only after cleared payment and final artwork approval unless your quotation says otherwise. Processing time and transit time are separate and are both estimates until confirmed.

Delivery charges
Freight depends on chargeable weight, carton dimensions, destination PIN code, service level and any handling requirement. Couriers use the greater of actual and volumetric weight; empty pouches can therefore be light but bulky, which is why a large packaging order costs more to send than its weight suggests. The applicable charge is shown at checkout or confirmed in the quotation before payment.

How food travels
Food goes out sealed, in a box rather than loose in a courier bag, so a pouch is not the only thing between the product and the parcel. It travels at whatever temperature the courier network happens to be — everything on the shelf is a dry, ambient product chosen partly because it survives that. Nothing we sell needs a cold chain, and we do not ship anything that would.
Policy section
Tracking
When the carrier accepts the parcel, we send the tracking or docket number to the contact details on the order. Tracking may take several hours to show its first scan. Large or multi-carton consignments may have more than one docket and may arrive separately.
Policy section
Delays
Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed dates. Weather, public holidays, transport restrictions, remote-area routing and other events can cause delay. If goods are delivered later than the stated schedule for reasons other than force majeure, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the refund policy.
Policy section
Check your parcel
Before accepting a visibly damaged carton, photograph it and note the damage with the carrier where possible. After opening, check the item, size and quantity promptly — and on a food order, check that every pack is sealed and intact before you put it away. Report transit damage or shortage as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs of the outer carton, shipping label and affected goods.
Policy section
Failed delivery
The buyer is responsible for a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If delivery fails because those details are wrong or nobody is available after the carrier's attempts, the parcel may return to us. We will contact you before re-dispatch; additional freight caused by incorrect details or repeated failed delivery may be payable by the buyer. A food parcel that has travelled the country twice will not be re-dispatched — we replace it and settle the freight question separately.
Policy section
Lost or damaged orders
Tell us if tracking stops updating or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived. We will raise an investigation with the carrier. Keep all packaging for a damage claim. Once the loss or damage is verified, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, reprint or refund under the refund policy.
