One company, two things it does. SwadAura makes food in small batches and supplies packaging to other brands, and the two share one account, one cart and one checkout — you can order a pouch of tea and a thousand printed pouches in the same order if you want to. They are priced and shipped differently, which is why the cart shows them as separate groups.

Pick the pack size, add it to the cart and sign in — the account is asked for at the cart rather than at the door, so you can browse and compare without one. Pay online and it ships. Nothing on the food shelf needs a quotation or a conversation first.

In our own pouches, sealed the day it is packed. That is the one genuine advantage of a company that does both: the pouch a pack of masala goes into is the same pouch we sell to other food brands, chosen for how well it seals and how much it keeps out, rather than for whatever was cheapest that week. Every pack reseals, because most of what we sell gets used a spoon at a time.

On the pack. We publish what we can state accurately — what the product is, how it is used and how to keep it — and we deliberately do not print a nutrition table or a licence number on the website that has not been confirmed against the batch in your hand. A plausible-looking figure on a food page is worse than no figure. If you need a declaration before you order, ask and we will send you the one for the batch that would ship.

Not for a change of mind — an edible product that has left our hands cannot be put back on the shelf, and no reputable food seller does otherwise. If a pack arrives damaged, leaking, open, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we replace it or refund it. That is set out in the refund policy.

It is different on the two sides, because they cost different things to fulfil. A food order needs to come to at least ₹499 — roughly two pouches of masala — which is what it takes to put a parcel on a courier sensibly. A packaging order needs to come to at least ₹1,000, and on top of that ready-stock pouches start at 100 pieces; a printed run has its own minimum because a print plate is paid for once however many bags come off it, and the figure for your job is on your quotation. Beyond the order value there is no minimum quantity on the food shelf.

Yes. Send artwork and we send back a proof; nothing goes on the press until you approve it. If you do not have artwork yet, plain stock pouches with a printed label are the cheaper route and look better than a rushed design.

Food and ready-stock pouches ship in a few days. Printed orders take longer, and the clock starts when you approve the proof and the order is paid — not when the enquiry was raised. The time for each product is on its page and confirmed on your quotation.

It depends on three things: how long it needs to keep, whether the customer should see inside, and how it sits on a shelf. Tea and coffee want a foil lining and a zip; dry fruit often wants a window; anything hot-filled or sterilised needs a retort pouch. Tell us what you are packing and the weight, and we will point at two or three that fit.

The food pouches are, and each product page says so under Specification. Courier bags, labels and shrink sleeves are not — they never touch food, and their pages say that too.

It is quoted per order from the actual weight, the size of the carton and your PIN code, and you see it before you pay. Food parcels are small and predictable. Empty pouches are light but bulky, so on a packaging order the box size matters as much as the weight.

No. The price shown is the price you pay — nothing is added on top at the last step. Delivery is shown separately before payment, and a printed packaging order may carry job-specific charges that are set out on the quotation rather than appearing at checkout.

Ask. For ready-stock pouches we would much rather send you a few to handle than have you order a thousand of the wrong thing. For food, the smallest pack size is the sample — it is cheaper than posting one.

For a change of mind on a printed pouch or on food, no — and the refund policy explains why rather than hiding it. Printed goods are worth nothing to anyone but you, and food cannot be resold. If the fault is ours we replace the goods and pay the freight both ways. Unprinted ready stock can be returned within 7 days if it is unopened and resalable.
