Terms and conditions

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information and keep account credentials secure. A website listing, basket or quotation request is an invitation to order. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and receive the payment or advance stated in that confirmation.

Food is sold from stock at the price on the page and needs nothing agreed in advance. Packaging is either ready stock, sold the same way, or printed and converted to your specification, which is agreed on a quotation before it is made. Where a clause below applies to only one of those, it says so; everything else applies to both.

We try to keep descriptions, photographs, dimensions and material information accurate. Screen colours, photographs and samples can differ slightly from production materials, and a food product photographed on a plain ground will not look identical to the pack that arrives. Where a precise shade, feel, seal or fit is important, request and approve a physical sample or written specification before production.

Food is prepared and packed in small batches and sold as sealed packs. The declarations that legally describe a pack — ingredients, allergens, nutrition, net quantity, date marking and the licence number — are those printed on the pack you receive, and they govern. The website describes what a product is and how to use it, and does not replace the label. Store it as the pack and the product page say; food kept otherwise is outside anything we can stand behind.

Prices are in Indian rupees and are the amount payable — nothing further is added to the item price at checkout. Delivery is shown before payment. On a packaging job, tooling, cylinders, plates, design work and other job-specific charges are set out on the quotation or invoice. A quotation remains valid for the period written on it; after that, raw-material or freight changes may require a fresh quote.

This clause applies to printed packaging. You retain rights in artwork you provide and confirm that you are authorised to use every logo, image, claim and other element in it. You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, dimensions, barcodes, ingredients, statutory declarations and variable fields on the proof. Production starts only after approval; correcting an error present in an approved proof may require a new paid run.

Custom printing and converting are continuous manufacturing processes. The material, thickness, finish, size, quantity tolerance and lead time that apply to a job are the ones in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. Where a production tolerance applies, the delivered and invoiced quantity may vary within that agreed range.

Payment is due as stated in the order confirmation or invoice. Online payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Goods remain our property until the amount due for them has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Food and ready-stock lead times are shown on the product page; custom-production lead times are quoted separately and start after both cleared payment and final artwork approval unless we confirm otherwise. Courier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, but we will provide tracking and help investigate delay, damage or loss under the shipping policy.

Food cannot be returned for a change of mind once it has been delivered, for reasons of food safety. Custom goods cannot normally be cancelled for a change of mind once artwork is approved or production has started. Neither limits your rights where goods are defective, wrong, materially different from the approved specification, or delivered late other than because of force majeure. The refund and cancellation policy explains the process and available remedies.

If we supply defective or incorrect goods, the remedies in the refund policy apply. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential business loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.

Flood, fire, epidemic, government restriction, transport shutdown, power failure, industrial action or an exceptional raw-material shortage may delay performance. We will tell you promptly, take reasonable steps to reduce the delay, and agree a revised plan. A party is not responsible for delay caused by such an event to the extent the delay could not reasonably be avoided.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to courts having lawful jurisdiction. We may update website terms prospectively; the terms accepted with an existing order continue to govern that order.
