Privacy policy

We may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, PIN code, GSTIN when you provide one, account and order history, enquiry messages, product requirements, approved artwork, and the records needed to support an order. A food order needs considerably less of this than a printed packaging order does, and we do not ask for the business fields when nothing on the order requires them. We also receive basic technical and security information such as session identifiers and server logs when you use the website.

We use this information to create and secure your account, answer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, check artwork, collect payment, arrange delivery, issue invoices, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Card details, UPI PINs and net-banking credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by SwadAura & Packaging. We retain the payment status, amount and transaction reference needed to match the payment to your order, investigate a failed or duplicate charge, and keep accurate accounts.

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the order: payment processors, hosting and email providers, printers or production partners involved in your job, couriers that need delivery details, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

The website uses essential cookies or similar storage to keep your cart, sign you in, remember the business section you are using, and protect sessions from misuse. Your cart is stored as a list of items and quantities and never as prices — those are recalculated from our own records on every page. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Order, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and other applicable law. Enquiries and artwork may be retained while they are useful for support or repeat orders. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer retention.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw a marketing consent, or ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to keep. Email info@swadaurapackaging.com from the address connected with your account so we can verify the request. We will explain if a record must be retained for an order, invoice, dispute or legal obligation.

This website and its ordering services are not directed to children. We may update this policy when our services or applicable law change. The latest version and its update date will always be shown on this page; material changes will not be applied retrospectively in a way that reduces your rights.
