Premium Almonds

Whole almonds, sorted for size and broken pieces before they go anywhere near a pouch, because a pack of almonds is judged on the handful that comes out first.

They do two jobs and both matter. Straight from the pouch they are the default desk and lunchbox snack. In the kitchen they are slivered over kheer and pulao, blanched and ground into a barfi or a korma base, or soaked overnight and peeled in the morning, which is still the way a lot of households prefer them.

Contains tree nuts. Nuts carry oil, and oil is what goes stale — so this is sealed at packing and the pouch recloses properly. In a humid month, keep it in the fridge and it will hold its snap for considerably longer.
